In Yala-Kirinda road; 4.25 Km from Yala junction; on to right side towards the jungle; about 08 acre private land bordering beautiful sand dune leading to sea and a small lake. Original jungle not disturbed and preserved the nature 100%, therefore all prevailing birds with their nest an etc, crocodiles, peacocks and some other animals are commonly seen.

- One bungalow cannot see or hear the other and has got two separate accesses maintaining 100% privacy.
- Natural fauna and flora preserved 100%, therefore always cool and comfortable (In fact very cold in nights some days, require cloths to cover)
- No single tree was cut therefore natural habitat of birds and some animals cloud be witnessed.

- Both Eco-Houses are thatched roof, cut and polished cemented floor and half clay wall with adjustable hanging tats.
- 01 lockable room with 01 double bed and 09 beds are kept in open verandah (Bungalow-01).
- 02 lockable rooms with 04 beds and 11 beds are kept in open verandah (Bungalow-02).
- All beds are provided with pillows, bed linen and mosquito nets.
- 02 tiled bath rooms with imported fittings.
